Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays. However, you receive an order confirmation email as soon as you place an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete with the correct postal code. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimated based on the distance to be covered. While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, we cannot guarantee delivery dates due to factors beyond our control, such as weather delays or carrier issues.

Shipping Fees
We do not charge you any shipping fee for Domestic shipments. However, the charges vary for International shipments as it depends on the weight and size of the same.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 2 hours of your placing an order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
