Refunds
Refund requests will be entertained solely under the following circumstances:
- If the shipping location isn’t serviced by our partner couriers, the refund will be issued within 7-10 business days upon written confirmation to the buyer, using the original payment method.
- Refund requests for damaged products will not be accepted. Damaged items will be exchanged in accordance with our exchange policy.
No returns or refund requests will be considered for any of the following reasons:
- If the product undergoes tampering by the Buyer.
- If the recipient refuses to accept the products.
- If the Buyer provides an incorrect or insufficient address. (Postal Code is mandatory)
- If the recipient is unavailable at the specified address or premises.
- If the delivery is made to a person or place specified by the Buyer other than themselves.
- In the event of a force majeure.
Exchanges
We are open to accepting product exchanges made through our website, provided they adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below:
- Exchange requests will only be accommodated if the product(s) received by the buyer are damaged or expired. Only such instances will be considered for exchange, provided that the damage to the product occurred during transit or before the buyer opened the packaging.
- Buyers must notify us of their intention to exchange the damaged products only within 2 hours of receiving the goods at their shipping address along with the photos and videos of the shipment, together with the proof of purchase. Our team will inspect the inputs and share the feedback.
- Buyers would return the originally received shipment upon obtaining written email consent from us.
- Replacements will be processed once the returned shipment of the product is received by us. The courier charges for returning the damaged items will be covered by the buyer, while the courier charges for the replacement product will be covered by us.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled at no charge prior to dispatch. No cancellation will be accepted post that. Buyers are requested to proceed with their order only if they accept this condition.
